Armel MOUSSANA HYLOD has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Armel began their career in 2002 as a Lecturer of Statistics and Informatics at Jean Body Zibi Institute. In 2006, they worked as a Consultant at the National Center of Statistics and Economics Studies (CNSEE). The following year, they joined the National AIDS Council (CNLS), Monitoring and Evaluation Unit as a Data Manager. In 2008, they became a Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant at the Conseil National de Lutte contre le SIDA. In 2009, they joined MTN CONGO, where they held multiple roles, including Data Mining Coordinator and Senior Manager of Business Intelligence. Throughout their career, Armel has developed and disseminated reports, created information products and dashboards, conducted customer behavioral analysis, and designed monitoring tools.

Armel MOUSSANA HYLOD's education history begins in 1998, when they enrolled at the Sub-Regional Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (ISSEA). They completed their studies in 2002 and obtained a degree as an Engineer of statistical works with a specialization in Management.

Following this, in 2003, Armel MOUSSANA HYLOD enrolled at the National School of Statistics and Applied Economics (ENSEA) and continued their education until 2006.
