Arthur LEKA

Arthur Leka has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arthur started their career in 2002 as an Administrative Manager at TEFACOM SERVICES, where they worked until 2005. Arthur then joined MTN GUINEE CONAKRY in 2007 as an Agent Produits & Services, responsible for updating the website and managing statistics on service usage. In 2008, they were promoted to the role of Products & Services Coordinator, where they were involved in the study, design, and launch of new products and services. From 2012 to 2016, Arthur served as the Responsable produits et services at MTN CONGO, overseeing the development and launch of services. Arthur then became the Devices Manager from 2016 to 2018, and later acted as the Head Of Products. In 2018, Arthur joined KOTASO Deals as an Expert projet.

Arthur Leka has a diverse education history that includes various certifications and degrees. In 1999-2000, they obtained their Baccalaureate from CS Charles Montesquieu, with a focus on Mathematics and Physics. In 2002-2003, they pursued a Brevet de Technicien Superieur en Informatique de Gestion from the Ecole Superieure de Gestion et d'Administration des Entreprises, specializing in Computer Management.

From there, Arthur Leka continued to expand their knowledge and skills. In 2009, they obtained certifications and training in different areas. This included acquiring knowledge on the functioning of the SMSC platform and its features from Comverse, learning basic techniques in Data Mining from Markhenty, and gaining expertise in Project Management from Neotelis.

In 2012, Arthur Leka pursued further education by attending Neotelis, obtaining a Mini MBA in Telecoms with a focus on Telecom/Marketing. Arthur also participated in a Leadership Situational II training program at the MTN Academy.

In 2013, Arthur Leka continued to enhance their professional development by earning a certification in Business Risk Management from MTN Congo, and becoming an Investor In People Advocate through the MTN Academy, focusing on Human Resources Development.

In 2015, they attended the MTN Academy to study Web Marketing, further expanding their expertise in the field of Marketing.

In 2017, Arthur Leka obtained a certification in Prince 2 Foundation, specializing in Project Management, from MTN Congo. Arthur also achieved a certification in Agile Work Planning with User Stories from LinkedIn.

Continuing their professional growth, Arthur Leka received additional certifications. In 2017, they became a Prince 2 Practitioner from Oo2.
