Ferry Bouya began their work experience in 2012 as an Attaché Administratif et Financier with Pool TPV Congo. ferry worked in this role until December 2013. In December 2013, Bouya joined MTN Congo as a Fixed Assets Assistant Accounting, a position they held until June 2017. ferry then transitioned to the role of Accounting Interconect & Roaming at MTN Congo in July 2017.

Ferry Bouya completed a Master's degree in Economics and Business Organization from the Université Marien Ngouabi in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences, with a focus on Financial and Accounting Management, from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (I.S.G) in Brazzaville, spanning from 2005 to 2008.
