Fumu DHELLO is an MBA consultant expert with a strong background in customer operations and supply chain management. Fumu began their career at Solectron Global Services in 2000, where they served as a Logistics & Warehouse Manager, responsible for overseeing all logistics operations and coordinating information flow between internal stakeholders. Fumu then moved to Andrew Corporation in 2002, where they continued in a similar role as a Logistics & Warehouse Manager, managing logistics flows and ensuring efficient production execution. Fumu joined MTN CONGO in 2008 and assumed various leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management, where they focused on optimizing supply chain processes and implementing procurement procedures. Fumu later transitioned to the role of Senior Manager of Customer Experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer operations. Currently, Fumu holds the position of Customer Operations Director at MTN CONGO.

Fumu DHELLO obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Dual Executive MBA ICG – Global and Digital Track in Business Management from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, IFG Executive Education, and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
