Mphumzeni Lukhele

Mphumzeni Lukhele is an accomplished internal audit and forensic services professional with extensive experience in enhancing governance, risk management, and control within organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit and Forensics Services at MTN Swaziland since August 2014, Mphumzeni has successfully managed a team of eight, developed a risk-based audit strategy, and implemented an operational plan to improve efficiencies across all business lines. Previous roles include acting as Head of Risk and Compliance, where Mphumzeni developed a comprehensive risk management framework and compliance policies, and serving as Manager of Financial and Operational Audit. Additionally, Mphumzeni was the General Manager of Internal Audit and Forensic Services at Bayobab from October 2023 to March 2024.
