Sibusisiwe Mukasa is a seasoned professional in sales operations and market research, currently serving as the Manager of Sales Operations, Development & Support at MTN Eswatini since March 2021. In this role, Sibusisiwe oversees sales planning and demand forecasting while managing annual business planning and performance to enhance growth and efficiency. Prior to this position, Sibusisiwe worked as a Market Research Analyst, delivering insights that supported decision-making across multiple commercial divisions. Sibusisiwe's earlier experience includes roles in Business Intelligence & Research at MTN, where key insights were provided to various units, as well as positions at Tibiyo Taka Ngwane, DataNet, Swaziland Electricity Company, Swaziland Competition Commission, and TQM Investments.
