Mohammed Varachia

Mohammed Varachia currently serves as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Group President & CEO at MTN since September 2013, with a diverse background in various senior management roles including General Manager positions in Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance Business Partner for Technology and Consumer, and Procurement. Prior to MTN, Mohammed Varachia held a Senior Manager position at PriceWaterhouseCoopers from 2006 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from SAICA/IRBA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from WITS, along with a solid educational foundation in Financial Accounting, Auditing, Management Accounting, and Tax.
