Mpho Zim

Mpho Zim is a seasoned professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Revenue Management at MTN since January 2024 and is the Founder of Siphesihle Social Enterprise since July 2020. Previously, Mpho held the position of Manager of Digital Innovation at Discovery Limited, where responsibilities included chairing the group CX Forum and engaging stakeholders to explore digital innovations. Mpho's prior experience includes roles at Accenture in South Africa, where leadership in technology strategy and consulting in various sectors was demonstrated, and at Sasol, where enhanced business process management was achieved. Mpho's educational background includes a BMF Women In Power Programme from Duke University, a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Pretoria, and an Associate's degree in Marketing and Information Systems from the University of the Witwatersrand.
