Ndimenhle Bungane

Ndimenhle Bungane is a Human Resources Project Coordinator at MTN since December 2022, responsible for cross-functional coordination of operations, compliance with B-BBEE and EE standards, and project cost management. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at MTN, where data accuracy in HR systems was prioritized, and participation in health and safety initiatives. Ndimenhle also served as a People Partner Graduate at Ericsson, contributing to engagement initiatives and communication strategies. Earlier experience includes roles as a Junior Human Resources Business Partner at Unisa Enterprise, focusing on information management and project funding, and as a Business Analyst at Mbula.
