Pamela Emodi

Pamela Emodi possesses extensive experience in portfolio management and customer service within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Portfolio Manager for Youth Development at the MTN Foundation since November 2017, Pamela oversees strategic activities related to Education, focusing on ICT, capacity building, and infrastructure development while managing diverse stakeholder groups. Prior to this role, Pamela worked at MTN Nigeria from September 2005 to October 2017 in various managerial positions, including Manager of the Premium Segment and Customer Experience, where Pamela developed strategies to enhance customer engagement and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Jos.
