Tengetile Nhlengethwa

Tengetile Nhlengethwa has extensive experience in project management and solution architecture, primarily in the telecommunications and fintech sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at MTN since February 2017, Tengetile has previously held positions as Project Manager for Product Development & Innovation and Manager for Video. Prior to MTN, Tengetile worked at MultiChoice as a Solution Architect, where responsibilities included solution implementation, process definition, and innovation facilitation across multiple departments. Earlier experience includes time at Ericsson as IMS Solution Architect and Sales Development Manager, focusing on IMS technology awareness and presales technical support throughout sub-Saharan Africa. Tengetile holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the University of Swaziland and a master's degree in Mastering Innovation and Design Thinking from the University of Stellenbosch.
