Timothy Serwadda

Timothy Serwadda is a Senior Manager for Functional Digital Projects at MTN since January 2022, overseeing the implementation of Group Fintech Services projects. Timothy has extensive experience at MTN Uganda, having served as Program Manager for the Perfect 10 Customer Experience initiative, as well as holding roles such as Systems Architect and Business Analyst Manager and Section Head for Call Centre Systems Support. Prior to joining MTN, Timothy worked at Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibilities included purchasing and inventory management of IT equipment, as well as network infrastructure management. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science and Zoology from Makerere University.
