Parisa Bardestan

Parisa Bardestan is an Employee Experience Specialist at MTN Irancell since December 2021, where significant contributions include the design and development of the Employee Experience procedure and policy, enhancing HR processes for over 20 stakeholders, and creating an engaging onboarding and offboarding plan. Prior to this role, Parisa served as the Internal Communication and Event Management Specialist and eventually the Director of the Online Education Section at Pishgaman Parseh Publishing Institute, where a multifunctional platform for dental and medical video education was developed. Parisa also held the position of Creative Director at the same organization, overseeing graphic design and video production projects, and previously led the English Department, authoring two handbooks and supervising translation work. Earlier experience includes instructing English learners of various ages at Safiran Academy-Kish Institute. Parisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Mazandaran.
