Gabriel Chukwudeme

Gabriel Chukwudeme is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organization development and human resource management. Currently serving as Manager of Organisation Development at MTN Nigeria since September 2016, Gabriel focuses on reviewing trends, developing strategies, and aligning organizational development plans with departmental and corporate objectives. Previous roles include Data Lead for Oracle HCM Implementation at MTN Nigeria, and Organization Development Consultant at MTN Cameroon. Additionally, tenure at MTN Nigeria as Organisation Development Advisor involved organizational design and strategic workforce planning. Earlier, Gabriel held positions such as Performance Management Specialist at Globacom and Head Consultant at Maverick Media Networks, where innovative solutions were developed, including Nigeria's first web/wireless Recruitment Management System. Gabriel holds an MBA in Business Administration from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.
