Ibitola Somide has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Manager Recruitment & Onboarding at MTN Nigeria since May 2014, where responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative talent attraction and acquisition strategies. Prior roles at MTN Nigeria include acting HR Business Partner, focusing on managing the employee life-cycle within the Sales and Distribution Division, and HR Advisor, Business Partnering, supporting over 300 sales employees. Earlier positions at MTN Nigeria involved providing executive support to the Chief Financial Officer and in sales and operations coordination at various companies, including ACCAT Nigeria Ltd and Ericsson Nigeria. Ibitola holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Labour Relations from Lagos State University and a Higher National Diploma in Administration from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
