Eric Carman-Murray

Eric Carman-Murray currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Department Lead at Genesis Alkali, where responsibilities include directing Continuous Improvement initiatives and implementing a Lean transformation strategy within Trona Mining and Soda Ash Manufacturing. Previously, Eric held the position of Venture Manager, overseeing Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Standard Work processes. Additionally, Eric has experience as a Brand Ambassador for MTN OPS since December 2020, promoting resilience and personal growth. Prior roles include Senior Quality Systems Lead and Internal Auditor at WaferTech, alongside various engineering and supervisory roles at WaferTech and Texas Instruments. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University, obtained in 2000.
