Basomingera Senga Gael

Basomingera Senga Gael is an accomplished professional in the field of Information Technology, currently serving as a Revenue Assurance Manager for Operations Support at MTN Rwanda since August 2023. With a diverse background, Basomingera has held several roles at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning from September 2019 to August 2023, including Acting Software Developer, Acting Database Administration Specialist, and Database & Application Administrator. Prior experience includes work as a System Software Developer at OpenTek Ltd from May 2018 to August 2021 and co-founding S.T.A innovative, where a passion for delivering solutions was cultivated from December 2014 to 2020. Basomingera holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Adventist University of Central Africa and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Kigali.
