Kelvin Chan

Kelvin Chan is currently the Chief Infrastructure Maintenance Manager at MTR Corporation Limited, a position held since June 2018, where Kelvin leads a team of over 200 staff in managing and maintaining railway infrastructure that serves more than one million passengers daily. Prior to this role, Kelvin served as the IECC Network Manager and Design Engineer at MTR Corporation from August 2008 to June 2016. Kelvin's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from HKUST Business School and degrees in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management, as well as Computer Engineering, from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Kelvin has experience as a Research Student at the Human-Computer Communications Laboratory and completed an internship at Microsoft Research Asia.
