Neo L. has extensive experience in the transportation industry, currently serving as a Service Planning & Support Officer at MTR Corporation Limited since March 2013, with previous roles including Train Crew Inspector, Depot Operation Controller, and Train Captain. Prior to joining MTR, Neo worked at Hang Seng Bank as a Customer Service Officer and at HSBC as a General Banking Officer. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Certificate in Railway Engineering from MTR Academy, and an Associate of Science in Sports and Exercise from Hong Kong Baptist University. Education was completed at Kwun Tong Maryknoll College.
