Ricardo de Jesus Rocha Brito is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product management and trade marketing. Currently serving as a Digital Product Manager at Mtrix since September 2020, Ricardo successfully enhanced the representation of the customer service portfolio by 8% and now oversees product strategy and stakeholder interests. Alongside this role, Ricardo contributes as an Executive Professor at STRONG FGV and as a Facilitator at IBS - International Business School Americas, teaching various disciplines, including Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Previous positions include trade marketing roles at Groupe Arcor, International Paper, and Aché Laboratórios, where Ricardo developed revenue growth strategies and coordinated marketing campaigns.
