Currently serving at MtronPTI since December 2018, Karen manages production orders and schedules, coordinates with various departments, oversees purchasing requisitions, and conducts monthly cycle counts. Prior to MtronPTI, Karen worked at Hernon Manufacturing as an equipment production planner, ensuring production orders were created and coordinating schedules with project management. Karen's career began at Datamax-O’Neil by Honeywell, where multiple roles, including procurement buyer, inventory control clerk, and materials handler, were held, focusing on inventory management, material procurement, and production support. Educational background includes studies at Seminole State College of Florida between 2016 and 2017.
