Paola Roca is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Relationship Manager at MTS Markets since August 2021. Previously, Paola held the position of Managing Director for Rates Sales at Mizuho from May 2013 to March 2021, focusing on hedge funds in Italy and the UK. Prior roles include Rates Sales at Barclays Investment Bank (June 2007 - April 2013) and Southern Europe Rates Sales at Lehman Brothers (September 2003 - May 2007). Paola began a career in sales with IFX MARKETS LTD as a Financial Dealer (March 2002 - August 2003) and worked in Sales Equity Derivatives at Credit Lyonnais Securities Europe S.A. for a brief period in 2001. Paola Roca holds a CLEP degree in Economics from Università Bocconi, completed in 2001, and a diploma from Liceo Scientifico Enrico Fermi, obtained in 1996.
