Arun Joy

Arun Joy has extensive work experience in various roles. Arun started their career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture, where they worked as a functional analyst for clients such as AT&T and Oracle. Arun then joined blur Group as an Innovatrs Crowd Manager before moving to Free2Learn as a Project Manager and MIS and Quality Manager. At Free2Learn, they managed various aspects of the functional areas of the Training Department and led a team responsible for designing and maintaining the Management Information Systems. Arun then worked at Webasto as a Data Manager, where they handled data management for the Convertible business unit. Arun later joined Accenture again as a Manager, working on engineering digitization and PLM. Currently, Arun is employed as a Technical Lead Engineer at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, where they are responsible for the worldwide introduction and further development of engineering supporting systems.

Arun Joy obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Arun then pursued a Master's degree in Management and completed an MSc program at Lancaster University from 2008 to 2009. Arun further expanded their expertise by acquiring a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in 2012. In terms of their high school education, Arun attended Kristu Jyoti from 1990 to 2000, focusing on Science and Maths. In 2021, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., enhancing their professional qualifications.
