Nidhy Haridas

Nidhy Haridas is a seasoned strategic designer currently serving as the Lead UX Designer at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG since February 2018, where expertise in Design Thinking and collaborative workshop facilitation is utilized to address complex design challenges. Previously, Nidhy held the role of UX Lead at Infosys from July 2016 to March 2017, following a tenure as Senior UX Designer from December 2013 to May 2016, with responsibilities encompassing user research, conceptualization, prototyping, and visual design review. Nidhy holds a Master's Degree in Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Govt. Engineering College, Thrissur.
