Anna Rusanen

Anna Rusanen currently serves as the Head of Digital Workplace at MTV Oy, a position held since February 2016, with previous roles including Team Lead for Digital Workplace Services, Product Owner for Modern Workplace, Transition Project Manager, and Service Manager. Prior to joining MTV Oy, Anna Rusanen was a Service Manager at Caverion from October 2013 to September 2015 and held various positions at YIT from September 2004 to September 2013, including Customer Service Representative, Workstation Specialist/Trainer, and IT Support Specialist. Earlier in the career, Anna Rusanen worked as a System Specialist at SOK from August 2001 to August 2004. Anna Rusanen is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, a program initiated in 2011.
