Ulla Hagelberg

Ulla Hagelberg has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Ulla started their career as a Travel Officer at Silja Line in 1995. Ulla then worked as a System Specialist and Hostmaster at Sonera Oyj from 1999 to 2002. After that, they joined TeliaSonera and held various roles including Product Marketing Manager, Partner Manager/Common Product Manager, and Product Manager. In 2008, they joined Nokia where they worked as a Product Manager, Program Manager, and Offering Manager. In 2014, they joined Microsoft as a Program Manager II for the ICE Global Operations Team, focusing on Finland and Nordics. Ulla then moved to MTV Oy in 2017, where they initially worked as a Development Manager and later became the Head of TV & Video Advertising Systems.

Ulla Hagelberg has a diverse education history. Their most recent accomplishment was earning a Master of Business Administration degree in Service Innovation and Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Information Technology and E-Business from the same institution, Laurea University of Applied Sciences, from 2005 to 2007.

Ulla also has an ICT-Master degree from Evtek/Mercuria Business School in Vantaa, which they completed in 2003. In 2001, they obtained a professional examination in advertising from the Marketing Institute in Helsinki. In 1999, they completed a professional examination in media assistance from Amiedu in Helsinki. Ulla also pursued a course in business management and entrepreneurship at Malmi School of Business in Helsinki, where they earned an associate's degree in 1995. Ulla began their educational journey by completing a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration from SLK - Finnish Business School in Helsinki from 1992 to 1994. Finally, they completed their comprehensive school education at Helsingin I Normaalikoulu in Helsinki.

Additionally, Ulla Hagelberg has obtained several certifications. Ulla became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) in December 2018. In the same month, they also became a certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. In November 2011, they achieved the ITIL v.3 - Foundation Examination certification from EXIN.
