Michael Vasquez

Michael Vasquez is a seasoned leadership professional with extensive experience in consulting and operational management. As the Lead Consultant at MTX Group since October 2021, Michael has focused on aligning services with client needs and driving operational efficiency, particularly in contact center operations. Prior to this, Michael was the Managing Partner at The CorpShark Group from August 2013 to September 2021, where custom business solutions were developed through process streamlining and technology integration.
