Rick Pitts

Rick Pitts is the current Director of Strategy Services at MTX. Rick has over fifteen years of experience in various business analyst and coordination roles. Rick started their career in 2000 as a Helpdesk Assistant at St. Bonaventure University Technology Services. Rick then moved to DataComm Services, Inc. in 2003, where they were a Systems Support Coordinator and Operations Specialist. In 2005, they began working at InfoEd International, Inc. as a Product Coordinator/QA. Rick left InfoEd in 2009 to join CommerceHub, where they worked as an Integration Business Analyst until 2018.

Rick Pitts received a B.S. in Computer Science from St. Bonaventure University and is certified from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in Foundation Level Certified Tester (CTFL).

Rick Pitts works with Himanshu Rukmangad - Director, Global Services, Hyderabad, Pamela Wagner - General Counsel, and Christina Bailey - Chief Financial Officer. Rick Pitts reports to Das Nobel, Chairman & CEO.
