Peter Mardakis

Peter Mardakis is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and legal sectors. Currently serving as VP and Brand Leader at MTY Food Group since December 2018, Peter previously held titles as Business Consultant and Legal Counsel at Casa Grecque Restaurants from 1999 to September 2021, where involvement included overseeing a network of casual-dining restaurants and a real estate division. Earlier in the career, Peter practiced as an Associate Lawyer at Phillips Friedman Kotler from 1988 to 1999, specializing in corporate and commercial law. Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws from McGill University, a Bachelor in Commerce in Accounting and Finance from McGill University, and completed Project Management studies at McGill University.
