Manu Raman

Manu Raman is the current VP Operations at Mu Sigma. Manu has over 15 years of experience in process and operations management.

Raman started their career with TeamLease Services as AVP in August 2002. Manu was there for about a year before moving to Dell in October 2003. At Dell, they worked as Process Director and was responsible for strategic initiatives for the Financial Services Operations out of India. This included capacity planning, IT support, lean and six sigma initiatives, Hoshin planning, developmental training, financial controls, business continuity planning and customer experience.

After about 5 years with Dell, Raman moved to their current position at Mu Sigma in June 2008.

Manu Raman has an MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a MA in Economics from Boston University, and a BA in Economics from Madras Christian College.

Manu Raman reports to Dhiraj Rajaram, Founder, Chairman, and CEO. Manu Raman works with Deepa Mahesh - Global Head, Strategic Hiring, Vikas Gupta - EVP, and Naseer Naqash - Head of IT.
