Milan Hendrikse

Milan Hendrikse is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Vice President of Projects at Mubadala Energy since March 2025, where responsibilities include leading the offshore Tangkulo field development in Indonesia. Previous roles include Project Management Consultant at Abhitech Matra Indah, Project Director at CEPSA overseeing the declining RKF field, and Project Manager at Shell Nigeria for the Bonga South West Aparo project. Milan has also held senior positions such as General Manager of Deepwater Projects in Nigeria and Project Manager for significant developments in Malaysia and New Zealand. Milan’s career commenced at Shell UK as a Field Engineer, following a solid educational foundation with a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
