Hanan Harhara al Yafei

Hanan Harhara Al Yafei currently serves as the Executive Director of Responsible Investing at Mubadala, where responsibilities include leading the development of the responsible investing strategy and institutionalizing ESG within the portfolio. Previous roles at Mubadala include Executive Director of Human Capital, Alternative Investments & Infrastructure, and Director of Talent Management & Learning. Hanan also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hub71, focusing on attracting global startups to Abu Dhabi's tech ecosystem. Hanan's early career at Mubadala Development Company included various communications and marketing roles, starting as Assistant Manager of Communications. Hanan holds a Master’s Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Sciences from Zayed University.
