Jonathan Bosch

Jonathan Bosch is an accomplished director with extensive experience in healthcare and organizational development. Currently serving as Director at Mubadala since September 2018, Jonathan leads initiatives to harmonize policies and design human capital strategies for a diverse range of healthcare assets. Prior roles include Executive Director of Organizational Design and Development at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Director of Total Rewards at Sidra Medical and Research Center, where Jonathan implemented transformative rewards frameworks and achieved significant cost savings. Jonathan's earlier experience encompasses various HR and staffing roles at KAUST and Vornado Realty Trust, alongside foundational roles in finance analysis at Bank of New York Mellon. Jonathan holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Vanderbilt University.
