Nancy Weltjens GMS-T® is an accomplished professional in global mobility and talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President - Global Mobility at Mubadala since September 2013, where a comprehensive mobility strategy was spearheaded and UAE national talent was mentored. Previous roles include Global Mobility Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ingersoll Rand, where recruitment strategies were developed in collaboration with HR and business leaders. Prior experience encompasses positions at Accenture, Rode Kruis (Red Cross), Oracle EMEA, Harvey Nash, Adecco, and Antal International, with responsibilities ranging from managing recruitment processes to leading change management projects in the Middle East. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen.
