Hicham Shayak

Hicham Shayak has a diverse work experience in the field of logistics and supply chain management. Hicham currently holds the position of Head of Global Material Planning at Mubea. Prior to this, they worked at SHS - Stahl-Holding-Saar GmbH & Co. KGaA as the Head of Logistics Excellence, where they were responsible for standardizing processes, improving integration and roles & responsibilities, and leading change and improvement initiatives.

Before that, Hicham was a Project Manager at BENTELER Group, where they managed global projects in logistics and material planning. Hicham implemented cross-business improvements and analyzed potential areas for supply chain enhancements.

Earlier in their career, Hicham worked at YAZAKI EUROPE LIMITED in various roles, including Manager of Central Logistics Europe, Supervisor of Production Planning & SAP Key User, and Production Planner. In these positions, they focused on implementing dynamic planning systems, optimizing material planning parameters, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders, and analyzing fluctuations in customer demands. Overall, Hicham has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and supply chain optimization throughout their career.

Hicham Shayak obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting and Finance from Université Ibn Tofail between 2003 and 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master degree of Economics with a specialization in Project Management at the same university from 2006 to 2008.
