Ralf Walter

Ralf Walter is an experienced engineering professional specializing in automotive belt drive systems. Since February 2010, Ralf has served as the Global Product Engineering Manager for Mubea's Business Unit Belt Tensioners, overseeing product development, strategy, testing, and IP management while leading a team of 25 employees in Germany and collaborating with 30 colleagues worldwide. Previously held positions at Gates GmbH included Manager of Advanced Engineering and Chief Engineer for Synchronous Tensioner Technology, focusing on product readiness and global development. Ralf's career began at INA Schaeffler KG, where responsibilities ranged from advanced development to project management for automotive customers. Ralf holds a Dipl.-Ing in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern.
