Andrew Silver

Andrew Silver is a Principal in the Corporate & Finance group at Much, based in both Chicago and Los Angeles, where they represent private equity firms and privately held businesses. With a strong background in complex transactions and outside general counsel work, Andrew specializes in providing tailored advice across various industries, including private equity and financial services. They served as an Associate at Guild Capital and Gould & Ratner LLP and completed a judicial externship at the Circuit Court of Cook County. Dedicated to community service, Andrew is on the board of directors for Keshet and actively engaged with the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago and the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
