Joe Tsai

Joe Tsai is an experienced investment professional currently serving as the Head of Early Fund at Mucker Capital since 2021, focusing on seed and Series A investments. Prior to this role, Joe was Vice President at Stripes from 2016 to 2021, where investments ranged from $10 million to $75 million in dynamic software and consumer companies. Joe played a pivotal role in establishing Stripes' software investment team and contributed to notable firm investments, including BacklotCars. Earlier in the career, Joe was a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2013 to 2016 and worked as a Research and Data Analyst at CB Insights in 2012. Academically, Joe holds degrees from the Jerome Fisher M&T Program, The Wharton School, Penn Engineering, and studied at Peking University, having graduated from North Hollywood High School.
