Ms Oei, aged 52, graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting and Finance) Degree from Macquarie University, Sydney Australia and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney Australia. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand; a Certified Tax Advisor of the Institute of Taxation of Australia; an associate member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia; and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
