Tom Wilmots

Tom Wilmots has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Tom began as a Macroeconomic Research Intern at CSOB in June 2014 and worked until July 2014. In May 2015, they briefly served as a Student Research Analyst at The Boston Consulting Group for a month. From September 2018 to May 2021, they worked at EY as a Senior Consultant specializing in Data Science and AI. Currently, since October 2021, Tom is employed at Mudano as a Customer Facing Data Scientist.

Tom Wilmots has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering & Economics from Swarthmore College. Tom also completed their International Baccalaureate from the International School of Prague.

In addition to their formal education, Tom has obtained several certifications. Tom completed a Python 3 Programming Specialization from the University of Michigan through Coursera in May 2021. In September 2020, they obtained the Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Tom also holds the EY Artificial Intelligence - Bronze certification from EY which they obtained in May 2019. Tom completed the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting from CIMA in April 2019. Additionally, Tom has completed courses on Data Science: Natural Language Processing (NLP) in Python and Complete Guide to Tensorflow for Deep Learning with Python from Udemy in April 2019 and March 2019 respectively.
