Kiana Melendez

Kiana Melendez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2015, they worked as a Reservation Department Lead Agent at Advantage Rent A Car, where they mentored junior team members and was recognized for exceptional shift performance. From 2016 to 2022, they were a CS Guest Specialist at Booking.com, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing appropriate solutions. In 2018, they joined the US Army, where they underwent training in becoming a U.S. Army Soldier, engaged in physical fitness training, and effectively communicated situation reports for training purposes. Currently, since 2022, Kiana has been working as a Customer Support Specialist at Mudflap, where they assist customers with fuel purchases, provides exceptional service, and develops an expert understanding of the Mudflap product.

Kiana Melendez obtained a Certification in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Florida Technical College from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including an English Proficiency Certification from EFSET in July 2022, as well as certifications in time management and working from home from LinkedIn in November and December 2021. Kiana also obtained a summary certification from LinkedIn in December 2021 titled "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management".
