Jason Mudrick is the Chief Investment Officer at Mudrick Capital Management. Jason has over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on mobile app development and project management.

Jason began their career in 2004 as a business analyst at U.S. Bank. In this role, Jason wrote requirements and user stories for the bank's new mobile app, and also supported testing and deployments. Jason also assisted and led teams in investigating, analyzing, and resolving application issues relating to system functions. In 2011, Jason was promoted to Senior Business Analyst. In this role, Jason continued to write requirements and user stories for mobile apps, as well as provide guidance to developers on how to best meet the needs of the business. Jason also reviewed and validated test plans, participated in testing and training, and helped with the implementation of new solutions.

In 2017, Jason left U.S. Bank to join Mudrick Capital Management as Chief Investment Officer. In this role, Jason is responsible for leading the investment team and overseeing all investment decisions. Jason is also responsible for developing and implementing the firm's investment strategy, as well as researching and analyzing potential investments.

Jason Mudrick has a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
