Omar Al Juraifani

Omar Al Juraifani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading human resource and financial services organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the executive committee at Mueen Human Resources Company since April 2020, Omar has been instrumental in steering the company towards an IPO by 2026 and achieving significant revenue growth. Previously, as CEO of Massadr Human Resource Services from 2016 to 2020, Omar established governance structures to navigate a joint venture successfully. Omar's career also includes roles at Al Eqtisadiah as an Economist & Financial Analyst, and various leadership positions in organizations such as Manpower Services Company and DAR AL RIYADH. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester and a course in Business Administration from INSEAD.
