Tim Ulshafer, MBA has an extensive work experience in sales and operations. Starting in 1998, they were the Branch Manager in Hanover, MD for Newark Electronics, where they increased branch sales team efforts from -8% to 16% growth. Tim then moved to Strong Tool Company in 2004, where they were promoted to Vice President of Sales and Operations and Purchasing. In this role, they reduced inventory levels by $400,000 in six-month period. In 2008, they were hired by Cone Holdings, LLC as Director of Sales, where they built a high-performing sales team, achieving record $24M in sales. From 2012 to 2016, they were Director of Inside Sales/Contact Center and Director of Segment Sales and Marketing for TPC Wire & Cable Corp., where they led 35 inside sales team representatives to a record $17M in sales to domestic and international customers and achieved record $16M in new market sales. Finally, they were recruited by Mueller Electric Company in 2016 as Director of Sales to design and build inside sales team and work with General Manager to build out sales force at distributors and OEMs. Tim also established an integrated marketing program to improve market presence, as well as to identify new market opportunities and products. Tim currently serves as outside sales representative and manages a team of four inside sales representatives and a marketing staff of two.
Tim Ulshafer holds an MBA from Drexel University with a field of study in Production & Operating Systems. Tim also holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in Education and Math. In addition, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from ATS Training & Consulting in December 2006.
