Adam Donnelly

Adam Donnelly has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked at Oilily/Olly's Retail USA, Inc as a Senior Accountant and later as a Controller, overseeing various accounting operations and managing regulatory and audit functions. From 2009 to 2015, they held roles at Lavazza Premium Coffees Corp, including North American Financial Controller and Director of Finance and Administration for the Retail Coffee Shops Division. During their time at Lavazza, they were responsible for benefits consolidation, financial management, and implementing HR processes. Since 2015, Adam has been with Mueller Water Products, where they have held various positions including Assistant Controller, Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, and Vice President & General Manager for Iron Gate Valves & Hydrants. In these roles, they were involved in reducing excess inventory, driving revenue growth, integrating acquisitions, and managing financial operations for a multi-national manufacturing division.

Adam Donnelly obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting and Business from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1996 to 2003.
