Elora Arnette

Elora Arnette, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Mueller Water Products since July 2022, providing support in talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning. Concurrently, Elora serves as a Project Development Specialist at Water Finance Assistance, enhancing management practices in drinking water utilities through workshops and strategic learning initiatives. Previous roles include Human Resources and Communications Coordinator at Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority, where Elora handled employee inquiries and benefited administration, and leadership positions at Clayton County Water Authority, which included Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Training Specialist. Elora holds an MBA from Shorter University and a BA in Spanish and French from Georgia College & State University, along with an AA in Spanish Language and Literature from Gordon State College.
