Amy Ridgway

Amy Ridgway, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Mueller Yurgae Associates, Inc. since June 2022. With extensive experience in various human resources management roles, Amy was previously employed as a Human Resources Manager at Hy-Vee, Inc., including oversight of Hy-Vee Construction and A+ Communication, Security, & Home Solutions from September 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, Amy's career included positions at Construction Supply Group, Stetson Building Products, and Athene USA, showcasing a strong background in HR and recruiting. Amy's leadership abilities were also demonstrated as General Manager at Old Navy, where responsibilities included enhancing employee morale and customer satisfaction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Iowa State University.
