Gerard Gelvezon has over 20 years of experience in IT operations and client support, currently serving as an IT Client Change Analyst at MUFG Pension & Market Services since November 2020. Prior roles include IT Operations Coordinator at Hydro Tasmania, where responsibilities encompassed IT operations, incident management, and the development of ITSM processes in ServiceNow. As Systems Support Manager at the Victorian Government, Gerard managed Service Level Agreements and supervised the System Support Team, while also overseeing the eGrants platform. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Officer with the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic) and working as an eGrants Support Officer. Gerard holds a Master's and Graduate Diploma in Internet and Web Computing from RMIT University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne.
