Madhava Wijayaratne

Madhava Wijayaratne has extensive experience in service excellence and operations within the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Service Excellence at MUFG Pension & Market Services since November 2016, alongside previous roles including Head of Operations for HESTA and Client Partnership Manager. Prior to this, Madhava worked at Superpartners from July 2008 to October 2016, where roles included Team Lead for Statement Delivery and Senior Business Analyst. Early career experience at McDonald's Corporation as a Shift Manager spanned from May 2005 to June 2008. Madhava holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from Deakin University, earned between 2003 and 2007, and received foundational education at Royal College from 1989 to 2002.
