Andrew Gittler

Andrew Gittler is a seasoned professional in credit and risk management with extensive experience across several leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Managing Director at MUFG since May 2015, Andrew focuses on credit risk for the U.S. within the FIG and Public Finance Business Line Risk Management. Previous roles include Managing Director at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, where Andrew led a credit risk team supporting Corporate Investment Banking, and Director at Credit Suisse, with a strong emphasis on counterparty risk management. With over two decades in the industry, Andrew also possesses significant expertise in market and environmental risk management, complemented by international experience in Latin America and Europe. An alumnus of Franklin & Marshall College, Andrew holds a BA in Political Science and is recognized for exceptional interpersonal skills, client focus, and technical expertise in risk architecture.
